Talking about hardware, HP Touchpad has great specifications. Begin with the processor, Dual Core 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon and memory of 1 GB RAM which as the same as Motorola Xoom and Blackberry Playbook. For the sofware (OS), it might be the most difference to the others as the operating system using WebOS which been used before for HP Palm Pre mobile phone.
Frankly, WebOS is not really familiar except that this OS is multitasking and less application offered. Everyone has their own choice for a mobile phone camera, some mobile have high megapixels but giving less satisfaction in quality of the picture. On the other hand, better picture quality given by handphone with average megapixels.
